Navi Policy Terms

1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. 
All returns are issued as Navi credit only in the form of a digital gift card. No refunds to original payment methods will be provided. 
Final Sale items (including clearance or discounted products) are not eligible for return or exchange. Exchanges are not offered directly. If you need another size or style, return your item for store credit and place a new order.

2. Shipping
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Standard shipping times may vary depending on location, but typically range from 3–7 business days. Navi is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Order Issues & Damages
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Navi44014@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

6. Payment & Security
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods listed at checkout. All payments are processed securely using encrypted technology. Navi does not store or share your payment information. Sales tax will be applied where required by law.
